What We Do Commission Management

Hudson Securities can provide institutional clients with commission management programs that focus on best execution and exceptional client service. Our experienced relationship managers and trading teams make consolidating your broker network easier while expanding your safe harbor reach under Section 28E eligible research and brokerage related products and services.

We offer a web based application for you to track commissions, budget expenses, approve payments and obtain detailed reports. We also have dedicated relationship managers on hand to ensure that all of your needs are fulfilled.

Reporting

Clients can obtain current account activity, prior monthly statements, or YTD breakdowns in Adobe PDF, Excel or HTML formats. All info is T-Date+1.

Payment Confirmation

Clients can view all invoices that have been entered into the system, check the status (pending or confirmed) and approve payments.
