The Hudson Securities management team possesses deep industry experience across a wide variety of disciplines.

Anthony Sanfilippo Chief Executive Officer Anthony Sanfilippo

Mr. Sanfilippo joined Hudson Securities, Inc. in October 2009. He has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently at Etico Capital, a boutique merchant bank he co-founded in 2007. Prior to establishing Etico, Mr. Sanfilippo was Head of US Equity Trading for Jefferies & Co. Before that, Mr. Sanfilippo served as President and CEO of Knight Capital Markets and Interim Chief Executive Officer of Knight Trading Group. He also managed Knight’s operations in Europe and Japan as Head of Global Equities. Mr. Sanfilippo initially joined Knight when Tradetech Securities, a NASDAQ Intermarket trading company he founded in 1993, was acquired by Knight’s Trimark Division. Earlier in his career, Mr. Sanfilippo was Executive Vice President of Mesirow Financial, responsible for their equity trading division and regional specialist operations. Mr. Sanfilippo is a Director of the National Organization of Investment Professionals (NOIP), a Governor of the Securities Traders Association (STA), and a former President of the Security Traders Association of Chicago. He has also chaired the District 8 Business Conduct Committee (DBCC) of NASD Regulation, Inc. and is a past member of the SIA Trading Committee as well as of the Boards of Nasdaq Europe and Knight Trading Group.

Mr. Sanfilippo attended the University of Illinois and DePaul University.

Keith Knox President and Chief Operating Officer Keith Knox

Mr. Knox joined Hudson Securities, Inc. in December 2002. From 1985 until joining Hudson, Mr. Knox worked as a Senior Trader at Schwab Capital Markets (formerly Mayer & Schweitzer). In addition to being a top trader across a wide range of investment vehicles, Mr. Knox played a key role in the development of Schwab's trading platform. Prior to his time at Schwab, Mr. Knox worked at Cadden & Co. where he launched the firm's NASDAQ Trading Division. Mr. Knox is also the founder of an internet-based retail company.

Mr. Knox received a B.S. in Biology from Mercy College.

Mark Leventhal Executive Vice President Mark Leventhal

Mr. Leventhal joined Hudson Securities, Inc. in January 2003. From 1989 until commencing his employment with Hudson, Mr. Leventhal worked for Schwab Capital Markets (formerly Mayer & Schweitzer) as a top producing primary market maker. He facilitated trades across a wide spectrum of equities and held several supervisory functions, becoming Vice President of Group Trading for 40 NASDAQ market makers in 2000. Before joining Schwab, Mr. Leventhal was a sales director and production manager of a manufacturing business.

Mr. Leventhal received a B.S. in Business from Boston University.

Andrew Lewin General Counsel, Executive Vice President Andrew Lewin

Mr. Lewin joined Hudson Securities, Inc. in March 2009. Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. Lewin was the Chief Legal Officer for Newtek Business Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: NEWT) where he supported Newtek’s usiness lending, insurance services and electronic payment processing businesses, managed the firm’s regulatory filings, and oversaw the sale of its broker-dealer. Previously, Mr. Lewin served as General Counsel to Fusion Telecommunications International, Inc. (AMEX: FSN) where he took the company through the public offering process. Mr. Lewin has also worked in venture capital and investment banking and was a senior technology investment banker at First Albany Corporation.

Mr. Lewin is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the Columbia University School of Law and a member of the New York State Bar Association.

Daisy Minott Director of Human Resources, Executive Vice President Daisy Minott

Ms. Minott joined Hudson Securities, Inc. in July 2005. From 1994 until joining Hudson, Ms. Minott worked at Charles Schwab & Co., first in Human Resources and then as Vice President and Chief of Staff to the Head of Trading for the Schwab Capital Markets Group (formerly Mayer and Schweitzer). During her time at Schwab, Ms. Minott played a crucial role in the development and management of complex compensation plans for employees. Before Schwab, Ms. Minott spent a total of 18 years at Citigroup, focusing on marketing and compensation and advancing to Vice President responsible for sales compensation for Citi's New York Residential Mortgage Sales Force. Previously, Ms. Minott was a Marketing Manager at Time Inc. where she oversaw the direct response marketing efforts and circulation programs for the firm's flagship publication.

Ms. Minott holds a B.A. in Economics from Brooklyn College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Peter Nielsen CFO, Executive Vice President Peter Nielsen

Mr. Nielsen joined Hudson Securities, Inc. in March 2009. Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. Nielsen spent 26 years at Swiss American Securities, Inc., a subsidiary of Credit Suisse Bank. Mr. Nielsen served as Swiss American's CFO from 2000 to 2008, responsible for all of the firm's financial and regulatory reporting. He was also a member of Swiss American's management committee and played a critical role in establishing the firm's first credit and risk management committees. Earlier at Swiss American, Mr. Nielsen was involved in many key finance-related functions and was central to setting up the firm's financial modeling and data analysis infrastructure.

Mr. Nielsen received a B.S. in Accounting from St. John's University.
