Hudson Securities, Inc., a Delaware corporation, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hudson Holding Corporation, ("HDHL").

Hudson Securities, Inc., a registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA and SIPC, is a market maker in over 15,000 securities, specializing in Pink Sheets, Bulletin Boards, Distressed, Micro-Cap, and Small-Cap equities within NASDAQ, NYSE, AMEX and foreign exchanges. Hudson has been in business since 1984. The current management team acquired the firm in July 2004, ushering in progressive initiatives focused on growth.

In the third quarter of 2006, Hudson relocated to a new office space in the financial district of Jersey City, NJ directly across from the Pavonia Newport PATH station. The facility is equipped with a state of the art, 140 position trading room and advanced telecommunications and data center infrastructure.

Hudson also maintains branch offices in Chicago, IL, Boca Raton, FL, Norwalk, CT, Atlanta, GA, and Tinton Falls, NJ.

Hudson Securities clears trades through Goldman Sachs Execution & Clearing, L.P. and Broadcort, a division of Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated.
